Are returns free?

For return or replacement  products, Shipping costs will be deducted from the customer.

The return or replacement is for one time only.

The original invoice should be presented.


How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items. cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Can I return the order after I received it?

We offer 14-days after receiving your item to request an exchange (FOR return and refund you have only 7 DAYS).

The purchased items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and free of alterations, while having the price tag attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

What about sales season?

In sales season we offer 7 days for exchange and 3 days for return.

How long it takes to process returns?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.

What happens after my return is accepted?

We will send you an email containing the address to where you have to send the package. and once your package is received, we will inspect it and report to you with our decision.

If the conditions are met, we will refund you within 3 working days with the same payment method you used to order.
