Scrub N Store Pickup Policy

How it Works:

1. Shop Online: Place your order at www.scrub-n.com and choose "Store Pickup" at checkout.
2. Pick Your Store: Select "Sulimaniyah Or Alhamra" as your pickup location.
3. Get Confirmation: You'll receive a notification with your order details.
4. Grab & Go: Head to the store, show your confirmation, and pick up your items!
5. Order processing time: mainly takes 2 Business days and may vary based on item availability and store workload.
6. Participating Store Locations: Riyadh (Sulimaniyah -  Alhamra)

Order Processing and Notification

• Once the online order is processed and ready for pickup, customers will receive a notification (email or SMS or Whatsapp Massages ) confirming that their order is available.
• Order processing times mainly takes up to 2 Business days and may vary based on item availability and store workload.

Pickup Procedures

• Customers must bring their order confirmation Email/SMS (digital or printed).
• Customer shall check his order before leaving the store.

Pickup Timeframe

• Orders must be picked up within [7 Days] days from the date of the "ready for pickup" notification.
• If an order is not picked up within the specified timeframe, it may be canceled, and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
• Store pickup is availible during the stores normal business hours.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Order modifications or cancellations may be possible before the pickup.
• Refunds will be processed according to Scrub N Online refund policy.

 Exchange, Return or refund

• Customer shall return his order to same store according to Scrub N Return Policy.
• Store’s shall make sure that the order is legible for return.
• Refunds will be processed according to Scrub N Online refund policy.
